Trekking in the Gran Paradiso national park

Hidden from Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso is a jewel in the heart of the Alps. It became the first European National Park in the 20th century, it contains flora and fauna of extraordinary wealth. An occasional encounter with an ibex is not uncommon. The pastures have a backdrop of mountains from which a web of glaciers descends from the top of their 4000 m. We will climb the 4061 m peak of Gran Paradiso and we will be able to savor good food and enjoy the excellent welcome of the Chabod refuge.
