About me

UIAGM Mountain Guide since 2006

My intense activity spans the entire Alpine range, certainly favoring the high mountains and seeking the most isolated environments. But not only in Europe: Madagascar, United States and Alaska, Thailand, Nepal, India, South America between Chile and Argentina are some of the most incredible destinations that I have explored.

In 2005 and 2006 I participated in the training of young Afghans (in Afghanistan, in the regions of Panshir and Wakhan) for the profession of high altitude porters and trekking guides, under the patronage of the environmental association Mountain Wilderness.

In 2009 I stayed in the mountains of Nepal for 3 months, sharing climbs with customers and friends, with whom we searched for wild corners hidden between the mountains of tourism, and climbed new routes on imposing walls.

With my clients I have accomplished demanding itineraries such as the N face of the Grandes Jorasses and the legendary N face of the Eiger in a day, but also started beginners to mountaineering activity bringing them to develop the technical knowledge to be autonomous …. I like to give the possibility people to make their dreams come true and share those with them!

For many years now I have been part of the SCARPA team of athletes and have contributed to the development of new products for mountaineering. In the recent past, I had the chance to develop ice climbing tools for the italian brand Climbing Technology.
